If you have followed me diligently, you will see where I stated they Graduate trainee in Stanbic IBTC Bank get paid 350k after training school. These are fresh new staff. Many of them have no working experience whatsoever. Fresh out of NYSC.

Yunno what's funnier? Many of them joined the bank through my contribution this thread.

You leave the Blue academy and your grade is ABO with 350k starting next salary.

If you say no Bank in Nigeria pays fresh men 350k, I'll conclude that you're ignorant. And I will not continue to waste my time in baseless arguments.

Does what yiu have said here justify 350 000 you earlier said a new staff woukd get in BANK which I disagree with? Stanbic according to you : Contact. 80k HND BSC. Around 100k Those with experience 160k ... Where is 350 k yiu earlier said is given to a new staff? I insist no bank in Nigeria pays 350 k to a beginner in the sector

Actually you're right it's kind of hard to fathom that a bank will pay an entry level 350K......for the case of stanbic...their entry level starts from the Grade of ABO....if you pair them with the ABO pay grade of other banks it's kind of below what other banks pays that Grade.


Other Banks grade starts from ET/GT and after that you move to EA and after EA you move to ABO whereas, that of Stanbic starts from ABO that is why the satrting salary is 350k wheres other banks own is 200+ or 180+.

Your individual performance, your team performance, your unit performance, the bank performance in the financial year, etc.
Appraisal bonus of some of my colleagues in back office range was from 500k. some got 800 (their unit is not in the bank. they were in pension).

some people i know in branches got 400k
