This useless nairaland . I am not surprised this is the type of thread that will get to front page. Is Labour party loss your business ? Why are you all so worried for our failure. Shebi if we lose it means that you won.why is that a bad thing. Well as long as you are creating these thread and promoting it , that means we are winning. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Foolishbuhari: That’s because Osun have more voter's population Total votes in Osun is almost 800 000 Total votes in Ekiti is hardly 400 000, Out of 1 million plus voters in Osun you got 3000 votes and you still think you have a chance in the state next year. 2 Likes |

Shugavee: Was Peter Obi contesting in Osun? PDP won in Osun because the people of Osun were tired of the hunger, poverty, insecurity that comes with APC. Secondly, Davido was a very formidable force that helped his uncle cruise to victory. If you were observant, you would notice that Davido aid low for the past 2 months because he was busy campaigning for his uncle. He made good use of his influence as a popular entertainer to campaign for Adeleke and it paid off! That was why he was conspicuously absent from the event hosted by the European Union in Abuja where major artistes were invited to perform at the Old Parade Ground where youths were called upon to register for their PVC. I was there in attendance and listened to what those artistes said before their individual performance...if you are wise, you would know they were urging the youths who came in their thousands to vote for LP and do away with all those "old men" and "expired politicians" who want to ruin Nigeria! Stop comparing the Osun state elections to the upcoming presidential elections because people are tired of both APC and PDP still doesn't stand a chance. Nigerians have woken up and are no longer voting for party any more but PERSONS! If Adeleke had decamped from PDP to another party, the people of Osun would have still voted for him. 1 Like |

The former interim merger chairman of APC Bisi Akande is from Osun state. The current secretary of APC Omishore is from Osun state . Bola Tinubu is from Osun state. Femi Fani Kayode is from Osun State. Femi Adesina is from Osun state . The national deputy chairman of APC is from Osun state . The current governor of Osun is Tinubu Cousin . This are the structures. Yet ,the people structure defeated them all. With all this, Apc still lost, lets not be over joyous as the paradigm shift is fast moving from deep pocket or party to credibility and vision. Follow the trend as its moving cos electorate are fast waking up. Vote Peter Obi as President in 2023 and lets build a new Nigeria devoid of poverty and economic woes. 1 Like |

Anybody judging Peter obi or Labour party by osun or any state having a good candidate or 1 term governor doing well running is goofing. Labour party supporters is a youth and new Nigeria movement and they vote for candidates even if the candidate isn't under Labour. If Adeleke is in Apc he will most likely still win. It has nothing to do with Partty or Pdp. |
Re: Labor Party Cannot Win The Presidential Election by staga: 3:14pm On Jul 17, 2022 |
Shugavee: You don't have sense. Do you think the Northerners that voted Buhari did so because he was in APC? His own CPC party within APC had the least formidable structure of the three parties, with ACN and ANPP having more solid structures. They voted him because of his appeal. People do not vote parties in Nigeria. They vote personalities. When Okorocha beat Ohakim in Imo, was it because APGA had better structure than PDP? Besides, the LP candidate had been a House of Reps member under APC. People did not take kindly to that past association. 2 Likes |

How can you use a relatively unknown candidate in Osun state to justifyy a whole party? Nigerians usually vote based on the personality involved. Its obvious that this man was the people's choice in 2018 but he was rigged out by the APC. Next's year's election will be different because people are tired of the mess The demonic party APC has unleashed on the entire nation. Anything but APC would serve. 1 Like |
