You must have earned a diploma, certificate or degree related to your intended occupation. To find out if your education is related to your intended occupation you can review the "Employment Requirements" section of your National Occupation Code profile.

Employment requirements of NOC 1221 are below.

I personally think an MBA Masters in Business Admin would pass sinve they say a degree in business administration pr public administration......but I think you need to have an ECA for the MBA.

Maybe join an SINP group and ask if anyone has used MBA to match 1221 or search here on NL.

In between I have done 3 medical test. I need details of the Attorney in Canada to file the Writ of Mandamus for me and also the cost involve.

He must do medicals. You cannot proceed without it, even if he is unaccompanying.

Maybe try and find out what exactly the issue is. Why is he averse? Try and address his concerns. Beg him, grovel if you must. Plead with him to also do the letter of consent allowing the kids to go with you now since you say he is not averse to the children accompanying you.

Don't try to take any short cuts, they have a way of coming back to bite even after we think we've got what we wanted.

You posted this on the 4th of February, good to know your husband has resurfaced. However my very candid advise to you is to not do anything to jeopardize your chances in this journey. You have to do things the right way. You are looking for who to help you arrange separation document or what did I read? If you have genuine reasons to be separated from your husband, start it legally now and get a legal document binding your separation from your husband but be ready to face the hurdles of getting him to give a letter of consent to travel with kids (most usually wait till this time). If you don’t mean the separation, the only option is to let him know that him not going for medicals is going to stall your application and he needs to be supportive. He can decide to stay back and not relocate with you if he wants. You are neck deep into this to play games that would affect your application now or later in the nearest future. I wish you all the best.

Hello there, letter of separation won't suffice because you will be required to show full custody letters for your kids before IRCC will answer you. Sorry that's the world we live in once you have kids and the spouse is living. Best bet will be to cajole your hubby, plead with him, manipulate him or do all of the above into taking the test with you.
He says he has no problem with the kids going then inform him IRCC wont stamp the kids visa if they don't see the fathers medicals. So you will have to leave the kids with him in Nigeria (even though you have no intention of doing so) with him while you go on to live a baby girl life in canada as a single lady with no children constraints. I bet you once he reasons sch runs, home work, sch lunches, market runs, daddy I want to wee wee, daddy Emeka poo on his body, daddy ifeanyi beat me (and so on and so forth) he will ask you to book medicals date for him.

congratulations @GraciousWords. May we all come here to make this declaration soonest.

Good evening, so i have some budding questions: I recently got an email saying i was ineligible for EE due to that 67 over 100 assessment thing.

while i was grieving that...boom i got ITA for Saskatchewan which i had done eoi for when i was eligibile (I have been on this journey since 2018)

My questions:
1. Do i go ahead to take the ITA with an explanation
2. If i do, do i have to have all the pof in my account, i got tired and started spending part of it but can get someone to do gift thingy for me
3. Has anyone been through the Sask pnp, pls pointers.

My point is currently 435 but it seems this doesn't meet the cut-off . Please can anyone advise on which PNP i can opt for to boost my point with my background : I have bsc in accounting, ACA and my wife has ACA, CISA & Bsc in accounting but she works as an IT auditor.
