GOV EMMANUEL INSPECTS ETEBI-ENWANG PROJECT :

Akwa Ibom State Governor, His Excellency, Mr Udom Emmanuel, today led his executive council members on an inspection visit of the ongoing construction on the Etebi-Enwang Bridge project linking Mbo with Esit Eket local government area, to ascertain the progress of work and charge the contractors on timely completion of the project.

Akwa Ibom currently have 4th longest bridge already in Ibeno LGA of the state (1100m long ) and will soon replace it with the longest one in Mbo LGA still in KAkwa Ibom state.

Edit: Some of you are very funny people. Lest you forget Akwa-ibom was created in 1987 and is already way ahead of 80% of other states in the federation. Its not a igbo or hausa or yoruba state hence little to no federal intervention, everything u see there na we do am. So pipe down and learn to appreciate. In the case of human development it will surely be attended to but there can be no sustained human development without proper infrastructure in place unless u want It to look like Aba where business is thriving but the place is a big mess. We have a plan, let it be followed through. And Akwa-ibom is a small state for the population plus we're adventurous people so even if they were sharing jobs for free you'll still see Akwa-ibomites in your state. Shalom

I must confess, Akwa Ibom is a beautiful state. So peaceful and green.

There is this thing common to both Akwa Ibom and Cross Rivers, everything they do or propose to do must be sensationalized with EST
Once it is not in 1 to 3, then it is ordinary and gives room and motivation to aim higher.
