It took Aregbesola closed to 4 years to reclaim his mandate from PDP in 2007 governorship election in Osun state due to legal battle as a result of the outcome of the election.

APC national chairman has refused to acknowledge Adeleke victory

The incumbent governor also keeps mum over the supposed defeat, this means that he and his party are preparing for a tough legal battle against Ademola Adeleke of the PDP.

Ademola Adeleke's rival Prince Dotun Babayemi has also challenged the primary election that made Adeleke the party flag bearer in the court of appeal

All these litigations may spell doom for Ademola Adeleke or may delay his mandate for many years

You lost at the polls, you want supreme court to reward you for failure on technicality.
The technicality CJN has been retired my friend. No way again, you lose, comeback in 4 years time.

Thus loss will be smaller than what will befall APC in 2023.
Adeleke will be sworn-iin in November 2022. He will be in office when APC will be decimated in 2023. Any case against him will take a minimum of 18 months to get to supreme court. Then another 6 months at supreme court. In any case Adamu Abdullahi and Oyetola are nobody. Whether they accept or not is irrelevant, by next week, INEC will issue certificate of return to Governor-elect Ademola Adeleke.
The next stop is Lagos. We shall chase APC out of SW.

Why don't you Concentrate on restoring peace and order to your Region before IPOB burn it to the ground and so that those the IPOB Terrorists Chased away with live bullets will be able to return to their homes in Peace ?

LOL!! If Amaechi wins, it is gain for both SS and SE. Otherwise, let North East rule.

Funny how you lot forgot how SW ruled under PDP when it has no single elected member of house.

SOME PPL SELF,THERE IS NOTHING APC AS A PARTY CAN DO BUT THE JUDGEMENT OF COURT OF APPEALS CAN BENEFIT THEM IN THE SENSE THAT THE ISSUE OF PRIMARY IS STILL IN COURT.HIGH COURT RULED THAT ADELEKE USED RIGHT VENUE FOR THERE PRIMARY ELECTION BUT WRONG DELEGATES AND THE OTHER MAN USED RIGHT DELEGATES BUT WRONG VENUE. IN EITHER CASE IT MEANS PDP DON'T HAVE CANDIDATE IN THE LAST ELECTION EXCEPT THE MATTER IS WITHDRAW FROM APPEAL COURT AND SETTLE AMICABLY, ADELEKE GROUP HAVE SINCE MOVE INTO ACTION IF NOT APC WILL BE DECLARED WINNER OF THE ELECTION.
