Prisoners in prison who have been sentenced can't contest for president or governor of Nigeria so why should they vote. Elections conducted in correctional facilities will easily be rigged in a country like ours. The ones done in open places are rigged, how much more in a restricted area like prison. Their votes will do the magic for APC. Most likely, counted last.
