Tinubu is not a saint but this man has always be preoccupied about lagos state only. Why is he hated.

First you destroy his city, then went on to attack anything you think he owns in lagos state.

What did he do to you all to deserve so much hatred

Nobody hates City Boy we hate APC with passion. The Truth is we dont need another Buhari and the evil party APC that has destroyed Nigeria. City boy should retire to Ikoyi City and be playing with his grand children not to rule Nigeria.

APC is Evil
With the combination of the most incompetent Nigerian President and CBN governor ever.

In 2014, the naira dollar exchange rate was around $1 = ₦157.

I.e. if you earned ₦300,000 a month, it was equivalent to $2,000.

Today, the exchange rate is $1 = ₦630. So if you earn ₦300,000 today, it is equivalent to $476.
This represents a value destruction of 76.2% (in dollar terms, a rough estimate) - in just eight years!!

I am not going to beg anybody to vote wisely in 2023. If you like, vote for APC, the same party committing untold economic crimes.

APC IS EVIL AND SHOULD BE ALLOWED NEAR ASO ROCK AGAIN.

Tinubu shouldn't have any business contesting in this election.

Like someone once said, the number of votes Tinubu gets in the next election will determine the number of mad people we have in Nigeria.

Remember, madness doesn't necessarily mean roaming the streets. Some people are mad but they don't know yet. Them plenty for Lagos.

He is a criminal, a drug lord, the most greedy human being on earth, a thief, looter, liar, 2nd to lucifer, a treacherous animal, a state enemy, a leader of Agberos.

By the way, he is not from Lagos and does not own Lagos. Every Nigerian is equally entitled to the ownership of Lagos regardless of his state of origin, as long as he is contributing to the development of Lagos directly or indirectly.
You cannot be enjoying the oil and gas proceeds from the Niger Delta and be vomitting that rubbish.

They hate Tinubu because he was able to upsurp PDP corrupt government and support a new administration which isthe duty of every opposition party in democracy forgetting he kind of supported Jonathan in 2011. Tho this administration failed economically but it wasn't his fault . They failed to acknowledge he isn't part of the government and he advises the administration on what to do which is the only thing he can do. Mostly IPOB hate him because they don't have any influential candidate that can measure up to him . Tinubu has supported a lot of successful administrations but they want to judge him with only Buhari's tenure where he's clearly limited.

you're a liar . The exchange rate as at 2014 was over 200/$ , the naira was depreciating against the $ amidst the increase in oil prices . Jonathan administration failed woefully just like Buhari. The only difference is Buhari policies are archaic focusing on agriculture and infrastructure mainly while Jonathan was clueless.

Official Exchange rate is 434 not 630, btw how come you used the official government exchange rate for 2014 but not the black market rate. the highest rate in 2014 was 185 per dollar, black market was 250

Naira lost value against the dollar by 11.8% in 2014

Inflation was around 8 to 9%

Even if denied, I think the hate by a particular set of people (Igbos) is first because Tinubu is Yoruba who wields so much influence first in Lagos, and now unto the presidency.

There is enough evidence to suggest that most Igbos get triggered by the success, influence or the recognition of Yorubas in anyway, as they are quick to debunk and water down such success or praise. If in doubt, check the open and heavy barrage of backlash anytime Yorubas are praised or given awards or accolades whether at home or abroad. Both the giver (of the compliment, award etc) and the beneficiary (Yorubas) get to feel the heat each time.

Every other reason or action flows from there. The motive is to demobilize and shame him (Tinubu) to remove the air of invincibility that he appears to enjoy amongst his people, Yorubas on the one hand, and other Nigerians on the other hand.

This is why the inadequacies of the current government is being projected on him over 100% (in spite of being sidelined), howbeit rightly so to an extent, except that the motivation is much deeper and extreme than just about the current administration. This is amidst the other damning accusations, some of which have been dispelled by the authorities concerned. However, this does not deter them at all because anything to bring Tinubu down is game.

Sadly, some Yorubas join them because they think they are aligned in their motive for a better government. They will be shocked later if things happen to go their way.

Tinubu is by far the most attacked politician since Buhari emerged because it projected him as being very influential, and it was envisaged by those who were awed that he could one day emerge the presidential candidate for APC. Hence the constant attack. Even some of us are surprised that things actually panned out in his favor. Maybe God does have a role for him to play in the scheme of things in Nigeria in whatever capacity- win or not.

The target for those who hate him is anything to bring Tinubu down is fair for being Yoruba that they hate, and wielding too much influence (which by the way could be advantageous for Nigeria if he emerged the President. I mean the diplomats of the west always visit him- it appears they revere him, and that’s no small feat IMHO).

This is why the same people that attack Tinubu non stop, cannot bear to have anyone criticize or paint Peter Obi in bad light. Whether factual or not, you will be gaslighted, ridiculed and bullied to a standstill. That was what happened to people like Seun, and others who wanted to apply the same treatment to all the candidates. They were shocked to their marrow by the online mob actions.

Once you understand this background, then it’s easy to understand all that is playing out.

Stop lying.

On the 23th of December 2014, the official government rate was 185.2778 NGN.

Infact the whole of December 2014, the official dollar exchange rate was around 180

In November, the official dollar rate was started at 165 and by the end of November 2014, it was 178.

In 2014, the naira lost about 11.8% against the dollar

nobody hates your Tinubu, there's a presidential election coming up next year and he's not the best out of all candidates and even if he is, people have a choice to choose who they want.

Tinubu does not own Lagos, he's an immigrant from Iragbiji. Those who even "destroyed the city" during the EndSars protests going as far as stealing bata kabiyesi and staff of office from Oba's palace are well known in Lagos agbero circles, tell the police to investigate and arrest them. Their pictures and videos are still online.

Tinubu has done more than enough to deserve "so much hatred" from many people, he has also done more than enough to deserve so much love from another set of people. You choose where the pendulum swings for you and make your own choice instead of forcing people to dance to your tunes and using style to threaten them based on who you be.

PS: why did Tinubu people have to hire charlatans to pretend to be Catholic Bishops ? It's a slap on Christianity but I know it's okay by you cool

So because some people reject Tinubu's Presidential ambition, it automatically means they hate Tinubu or hate Yoruba?

Are the sufferings in the last 7 years not enough for people to reject APC, Buhari and Tinubu (the self-acclaimed leader of APC) in the next elections?

What do you even take people for? Fools that will keep clapping for people responsible for their suffering?

Meanwhile, while you're ranting about those who may have justifiable reason to reject Tinubu based on the abysmal performance of his party in the last 7 years, what is your own reason for rejecting or hating (using your own words) Peter Obi? Why would characters like you go further to say an Igbo man, your fellow country man, will never be president of Nigeria?

You guys are just shameless hypocrites...
