Good evening bosses. I was just chilling and I Saw a match of fc koln vs somebody(forgot), offcourse the name sounds familiar(thanks to this thread) although I have a near perfect super power of recognizing any Nigerian I see on tv especially footballers, anyway, his name is Kingsley Ehizube, boy, I like his game die. He was on the right side, marshaling both defense and attack, like a wing back or something. Tall, skillful, can tackle, can run, can play, I hope he is our boy tho, can he play for us? 5 Likes |

TheSuperNerd: Ndidi stages an expected return: Included in Squad Wilfred Ndidi makes the squad for tomorrow's Preseason double header friendlies vs Derby County and Preston North End. He has been specifically included in the squad to take on Derby County alongside Kelechi Iheanacho. Welcome Back, the Midfield Octopus 4 Likes

M7even: That's the thing about VAR.. It's a good technology, but it can easily be manipulated because it's still controlled by man.. We have seen it many times even in the best leagues.. It was clear it was used against us, but we move.. I pity South Africa...They will get their own share of it tomorrow... 2 Likes |

Starboytwo:Funny enough, someone just asked about him in the last couple of threads. Rohr did invite him and he was eager to join up with us but I don't remember exactly what the problem has been. |

Danielnino00: The difference though is that South Africa will use our experience to their advantage. They just need to ensure the stay of fouls, it's even better to allow them play as this Moroccan team (save the goal they scored against a reduced Nigerian team) is yet to score from open play. South Africa Just needs to dominate play and keep off fouls and they would be fine. |

lovewins: There's no way they can be too careful not to concede a "VAR check worthy foul", trust me.. Like in our case, we had two handball incidents after the red card,in our box.. I believe those could have been checked by VAR if not for the fact that we had two red cards already.. Again, let's not forget the issue of laser beams.. You will see tomorrow..I'm certain Morocco will win... |

Chituru Odunze. GK. Already committed to the USA. Featured for them at u17 and u20 levels. Yet to make his official senior debut though (was on the bench for few senior friendlies last year) and still 19. Odunayaw: 1 Like |

He has a Dutch passport. And Dutch policies restrict folks from having dual nationalities except in few exceptional cases where it cannot be exempted. Holland is not one of the EU countries that allow dual citizenship. So Ehizibue switching to us means him renouncing his Dutch passport forever. A Dutch passport that gives him access to over 180 countries without visa unlike the Nigerian passport.... well, that's a kind of a dilemma don't you think? Danielnino00: 4 Likes |

TheGoodJoe: First and foremost, you can't put skillset just to the NT. If that skillset exist and its his selling point, then it should be what makes deals come his way. Then for the national team, he is not indispensable. He can't be getting call ups ahead of players in much much better leagues cos of just skillset. This is the national team I find it funny that you think my earlier writeup is off tangent. Lol First, the hype ish is majorly down to mentions. He is mentioned here more as a messiah of sorts than due to his club issues. Pls, do tell me how that is not hype. Easy with the excuse for why European clubs are not coming. That's hilarious. You're trying to make me believe that almost all clubs that turn eyes to him are avoiding him cos of his position or what? The Eguavoen that called him now can't even talk about him much again. Why we consider it hype, and rightly so, is cos we are making him look like the NT needs him more than he needs the NT. Besides, if clubs are overlooking, then that tells alot of whatever he has to offer in a COMPETITIVE squad. I don't doubt his skillset or talent. But the hype is sickening. There are many players that have worn the GWG that deserves to be in the same sentence for hyping and Kelz is not yet deserving to be one. I don't even want to start with the list of 5 you made up there. 6 Likes |
