Guys, how do I contact AliExpress customer care?

Everytime I try, the bot doesn't transfer me to a customer care agent.

Sunyou Logistics handles orders with that tracking number, and it takes a while for them to deliver orders these days, unlike Speedaf.

Don't pick any of the options suggested by the bot.

Just tell the bot "I want to chat with customer care agent". Send this like two times,
Then it will show you option to chat with a customer care agent.

Hi,pls I want to get something straight about shipping items with batteries....is it that any item that has any kind of battery in it will not be shipped or there is a different shipping method to ship items with batteries...
Can small devices like earbud,rechargeable clippers wrist watches be shipped via regular standard shipping?

Use the post office close to where you live. Your order will be sorted and dispatched there when it arrives destination country. Just make sure you fill correct address on the Aliexpress platform.

The pro max I bought from him took only 10 days to arrive. The seller is real.
