The devil is indeed a Lai. What a terrible human. With this statement alone investors will run without looking back knowing fully well that Lai Muhammed meant the opposite of whatever he says. They would have rushed to Nigeria if he has said that Nigeria is unsafe.

It is as if you believe there are no foreign investors in Nigeria (they have all been killed or kidnapped or thire investments devastated ) and, desperate for foreign investors, Lai Muhammed has taken to media, begging foreign investors to come invest in Nigeria. However unbeknownst to Lai Muhammed, foreign investors have watched or read news upon news how those foreign investors in Nigeria have been killed, kidnapped or had thire investments devastated by insecurity in Nigeria.
