After seeing the video, I can't find anything the police could use in successfully ensuring a judge sentences him to do time in prison.

I can't find anything incriminating him, other than the fact that he chose to consult a divinity the majority do not approve of; and so, he must be punished in their narrow and hypocritical worldview.

There is nothing in the video that is incriminating ... he was not charged. What he said has lead to his arrest and charges may be pending depending on the investigation. Money rituals usually involve unlawful practices and even murder... so why shouldn't he be investigated? Are you sure he wasn't responsible for missing people in the community?... or mutilated bodies found? We are where we are because we are too narrow minded.... as in I can't find anything incriminating in him... he should be set free.
