If it’s by the school certificate per my understanding then go to your school and get the certificate as soon as possible so as to add it to your documents for verification/Screening and Documentation. However, if you are talking about the O’LEVEL original certificate that means WAEC, NECO, NABTEB e.tc which I hope it’s very easy to get. Thanks

Hi sir. As a fresh student, on my birth certificate I'm having three names(Sur name, first name nd last name) but on other credentials, I hv two names(Surname nd first name)
Will this Affect My Screening?
If YES, what's the way forward or how do I make corrections for this ASAP?

Carry all originals listed in your admission letter as well as your photocopies with passport photograph to the study centre.
Kindly confirm that your names and date of birth are all correct as u may not be able to write for correction afterwards.

Pls, I'm interested in a PhD programme at NOUN. I have few questions:

1. Is there an entrance exam for PhD admission? If yes, how is like, theory/objectives or oral?
2. What is the financial cost of a PhD programme in Public Administration at NOUN
3. Is admission on?/

To be on a safer side go and do An affidavit relating to the names on your birth cert. and all other document, then you declare how you want to be using it. If it is two names or three names you want to be using.

Go and do affidavit confirming your third name is yours, simple!

Please I intend to study MPh but ASUU strike is affecting the collection of my transcript and original certificate though I have the statement of result.

Please can I be admitted.

Statement of result is acceptable provided your year of graduation is not more than 5years ago.
If there is online application mode for your transcripts, follow the online process and present evidence of application for the transcripts eg. Remita payment slip for the transcripts. That is acceptable for you clearance.

Go to the Study Centre with all your original and photocopies of documents with passport. You will get your matriculation number immediately. If you wait, you will not be verified. U have to be physically present.

Yes, it is compulsory for PG students.

Check online to see if Ian apply for your transcripts online. You can tender the Remita receipt as evidence of transcripts application
