I hope he fully recovers his initial spark.

There was one run lewandoski did from the right flank in the first half that ended up with him shooting at Courtois, though he sometimes rushed his shots most times, I'm glad we finally have a striker again who looks hungry for goals

Give Rapinha those chances Dembele had, and he'd score them. But at least, I'll give Dembele some credit for having those shots on target instead of aiming the roof of the stadium.

That is one of his major flaw, he easily gets away from his markers and always gets to scoring position but always end up shooting to sky or shoot out of target and that is exactly what Raphinha possess above him, raphinha is decisive and very direct, he has the elite mentality to finish up created chances. Even though Dembele might be more skillful and dexterous he might find himself been benched (that is if xavi decided to feature them on the same position) by Raphina due to the goal threat he brings to game.

Messi is otherworldly na, Even if he went one a year long injury he'll still come back to his mercurial best after a few weeks of rustiness
Fati's case a really dicey situation, hopefully with the help of xavi and the medical team he'll evolve more into a more deadly inside forward cutting inside to score abundantly just like most predicted when he first arrived

Let's not get ahead of ourselves though. Tchoueomani is a good player. There is a reason such huge amount was paid. But what I see from the combination of Tchouemani, Camavinga and Valverde, is they're players of similar profile. The destroyer kind of midfielders with occasional shots at goal from long range.
Season never start though. So it is way too early to judge based on a single friendly game.

I guess it's got to do with preferences. Valverde is that player that can give you anything. That Milner kinda player... Strength, flexibility and utility. But as an overall player, I don't see his top preference.
