In a Dictatorship one man has all the power and can make decisions without the permission or approval of anyone...

In a Presidential democracy this isn't the case ,you need the approval of governors and senators to pass a legislature...

Let's assume Peter Obi became Nigeria's president, bear in mind that his party LP has not a single state governed by them (including his own) they have no influence in the house of rep or house of senate - if Peter Obi wins, will he have the power to rule Nigeria and enact changes as he promised?

Many people will cross to PPA, some governors will cross and tell you they want to go closer to the Presidency , so they can be able to work... And also know it that Presidential elections come first before governorship election. If Obi wins, it will influence the governorship elections.

When Peter Obi became the governor of Anambra state in 2006, all the members of Anambra state house of Assembly were PDP...

The only mass defections I heard of in Imo was defection from APC to PDP,
And I wouldn't want to compare a state election with a Federal one, let's not forget that Peter Obi would later defect to PDP.

Not all Nigerians are igbos that supported the killing of their own people and celebrate unknown gunmen, political factor can be different, what about IPOB/ESN/ unknown gunmen or Boko Haram/ISWAP/ banditry/Fulani herdsmen factor, will Obi runaway to Anambra, will he stay in Abuja or he ask security operatives to persecute terrorists? and northerners will fold their hand and watch their people killed.

Assuming Peter Obi wins, you will find out that what is most likely to happen is that many of those currently in PDP and APC will defect to Labour party including Governors, Senators, House of reps etc
