As far as I am concerned, we've seen what Tinubu did and had manifested till today even if it's only just one thing - RRS (Rapid Response Squad), no doubt many people attest that it's the best police unit in Nigeria today.

Here is the thing, I really want to be convinced that PO is better and I've been asking and yet none has replied me with evidence - what are his track records even if it's just one that had stand till today and had a good effect - it may be in terms of security, economy, etc on the people of Anambra that many people are talking about? All we hear is PO has a good plan for Nigeria and talk and talk.

First of all, you said Tinubu is the most talked about presidential candidate, I beg to differ. The only reason Tinubu is currently being talked about is because of the controversies following him, starting from the Muslim/Muslim ticket, certificates and what have you. It was only when these issues were talked about that you hear Tinubu. Prior to these sagas, Tinubu just like Buhari were on the basement membrane. This isn't the issue sef!

The major problem we have in this country is security and economy. No governor in the history of our dear nation has left money when they left office talk more of leaving 75 billion naira. Obi did it. It was from this money Obiano said he built anambra airport with. When economy improves, security is bound to improve. Insecurity today is mostly because of the increased poverty level we have in this country.

Anambra was around twenty something position in education before Obi came in. When he came in, he metamorphosis the whole education system in the state. Anambra doesn't get less than 2nd position as it is now. One thing the north suffers the most is Insecurity because of mainly illiteracy. Expose a man to education and see if you haven't deradicalized him.

During Obis tenure as governor, you can't walk with your full chest In the streets of Onitcha without fear of getting kidnapped. MASSOB were also trying to destabilize the state then. But Obi took care of the whole incidence. It's recently that Anambra is trying to become something else.

This is just a few of the numerous achievements Obi had.

Tinubu must have done one or two good things, but his time is passed. He's old and senile sorry to say. Videos and pictures don't lie. He's another Buhari in waiting. We are more than 200 million Nigerians. Tinubu can't be the best out of us. It will be a shame if such a man became president. Let's learn from the antecedents of Buhari.

I just watched the video of the released abducted train travelers. At some point the man was crying when he was interviewed. I felt really bad. I hope those that want APC to continue in the person of Tinubu also watched that video? And if those released victims are in their right senses, they'll try everything to see this current government and party loses power because they have failed magnificently

Simply because he supported the current President and was one of the those that made him won the two elections. Nothing more. The President paid back by not fulfilling his promises and made the effort of those that fought for him fruitless.
Hence, the reason for the attack and insult.

Yes, the major problems are security and economy. But your points on how PO worked on those two were not really solid. Fine, he left 75 billion naira while leaving office, part of it was spent on airport. And how has that airport improved Anambra economy over the years? I found it hard to depict that. Also, you made mention of him suppressing MASSOB during his tenure not until recently Anambra has become something else. Bro, if truly, PO worked well on that - I mean laid down a strong security system, it would be so hard for those guys to penetrate Anambra. Just take Lagos as an example, Tinubu worked on this two problems - security and economy and still manifesting till now. He created the RRS, the best police unit in the country today, he made Lagos the econmic hub of West Africa which has transformed to the whole of Africa.

Furthermore, you talked about PO improving the education system of Anambra, quite commendable. But Tinubu did that during his tenure as well.

Lastly, you spoke about age, old age doesn't stop someone from performing excellently. Everyone has the right to contest for any election - take Biden, Trump, Hillary as examples, so far he/she meets up with the requirements. Of which he does.

Aha!! I can now have a discussion with someone.

You're very right. He helping Buhari become president is a huge blow to Tinubu's presidential Aspiration. And the platform APC upon which he's running isn't helping matters too. APC i can say brought in the worse government in this country.

But that's not just it.. his age and health status is also an issue. Nigeria is a very demanding country to given both mentally and physically. It's no news that Tinubu has a form of neurodegenerative illness, probably Parkinsons. He has showed all the symptoms, slurred speech, ataxic gait, fine tremors and all of that.

The fact that there were other credible candidates in the person of Osibanjo.. but Tinubu shoved him aside by been the highest "briber" and having that sense of entitlement that it is his turn. If Osibanjo were the flag bearer of APC, I'm dead sure he won't be having this issues Tinubu and APC are having now.

If Obi was the flag bearer of APC, the dynamics will change. I'll still vote for him because I believe he's credible enough and has what it takes to salvage this nation
