Very wrong message passed. In fact, no one should support him to head any office because obviously he will mislead them for the fact that he isn't competent. He should be the one to stop anyone working in that unhygenic condition in that situation. No nose mask, no hand gloves and he got into that contaminated water with his clothes in it NOooo!!!!
