Good day everyone.
Please car gurus help needed here, how can one stop this vandalism and theft thing with Corolla? Is there anything like security one can install to stop it from being stolen? I plan buying one soon 2004/2005 and I'll be using it in Lagos markets most especially at Arena Oshodi or Idumota or Yaba car parks and I'll be away from it for a long time, I'm really worried cus I really like the car.

1. Get comprehensive insurance.
2. Live in a gated compound. Never park the car outside overnight.
3. Buy pedal lock. Use that when you are away in the market.
4. You may consider installing an alarm system.

You already know the car would be vandalised, before you buy it .......... But you still want to go ahead, to buy it .............

Wahala is like a corolla, that would eventually get vandalised/stolen .................. wink

Very dry car. Especially that 2004-2007 model.
Engine no strong, dealers selling it probably have mansion in their village grin grin
It's also doesn't have the best fuel economy for its class.
Only thing I can praise it for is resale value since Nigerians love it.

Unless you live in a gated compound and shuttle through and from work daily, please stay away...

thief just steal Corolla for my area now now.....in fact the owner hold the car door they follow the thief drag door na small remain he for slam the owner against incoming car, last last he escaped with the almighty Corolla.
