I was at the National Assembly few minutes ago. The heavy security presence was unusual. They themselves know the country is on fire.

Aduda said during plenary: “At our closed door meeting, we agreed that we will discuss the issue of security at plenary and then ask the president on what to do. We agreed that if he didn’t execute them, we will commence an impeachment notice to President Muhammadu Buhari.”

President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan stopped him. He said: “That notice falls short of what the rule book says. You didn’t cite any part of our rules and I can’t tolerate it. You didn’t consult me. So, I can’t allow it.”

Thereafter, Aduda led a walkout.

In as much as we focus on who the right person for president should be, we should also look at people we vote as legislators. These guys make our laws and assent bills passed by the Executive. Without them, the a good meaning President can be handicapped. This Country sef. In saner climes, Buhari would have been impeached. Insecurity is deteriorating and nothing is being done.

They want to impeach him now because their hideout and safe heaven (Abuja) has been discovered and the security formation has been breached.

The thing about this issue of insecurity in the country is that it does not have any regards for your political religious, or tribal affiliation.

Re: Opposition Senators Stage Walkout Over Call For Buhari’s Impeachment by pacesetting: 2:55pm On Jul 27, 2022
That is exactly the point. Even if Labour Party wins the Presidential Election, Peter Obi will have a horrid time moving this country foward due to the type of legislators we have in the country right now.

We all know that a restructure of the country is long overdue. But those benefiting selfishly from this current contraception won't let that happen.

WibusJaga:

Most actions or decisions on National issues are taken from the perspective of Religious, Tribal or Party affiliations rather than from the perspective of rationality or overall interest of the masses.

This has been the bane of this geographical contraption called Nigeria. & we will never make any meaningful progress like this.

APC and PDP have failed

Buhari, Atiku and tinubu are all failures.

We need and deserve a breath of fresh air in our political atmosphere.

Nigeria needs Peter Obi more than ever before.

"If ye be willing and Obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land" - Isaiah 1:19

Harm yourselves with your PVCs and reclaim your country.

We are in a mar or make situation, it's either we get it right in 2023 or we are doomed forever.

Peter Obi has all what Nigerians and Nigeria need, be it frugality in spending, economic acumen, ability to recruit the best hands, detribalised, unbiased against any religion or ethnic group, proven track record, zero tolerance to corruption, has age on his side, focus on the youths, tech savvy, vibrant, ready to hit the ground running, honest, healthy etc...

These and many more are what he has against all other candidates who are after the ever depleting national treasury.

I remain Obidient

Shun tribalism, religious inclinations and ethnicity and go for the best. He clearly stands out among the rest. So many corruption cases, drug dealings, financial misappropriation hanging on the necks on Tinubu and Atiku. None was found on Obi, forget the propaganda.

Vote Peter Obi
Vote Labour party
Delusional.
Let me quote you for reference's sake.

six-week ultimatum to address the security crisis in the country failing which they will commence impeachment proceedings against him.

What buhari couldn't do in 7years they want him to do in 6weeks. Would any of them allow an incompetent staff to run their companies for 7years and still give him 6weeks to improve performance before they consider sacking him?
