Looks like your laptop speaker is bad but confirm if the headphone jack is working by connecting your headphone.

I tried it too it's not bringing our sound too. What can I do pls. It was still working fine this morning so i don't think anything could've happened to it

It's the audio driver
Google search your sytem model audio driver and install it.
It gonna work

Follow the above info for your WiFi driver too

Lastly, visit your laptop manufacturer website to update your laptop necessary drivers

Is it that it doesn't show any sign of light or when you connect any external device like phone it only charge it but can't recognise it for you to transfer files?

If there's no sign of power then it can be fix but if there's a sign of power but not communicating with external device,I'll suggest you use it like that because the PCH is faulty.

Yeah,by someone with a BGA machine,I don't have it.

It will be reflowed or replace.

I just bought a new hard disk to install on my laptop.

I'm trying to boot the with a CD, but the Rom drive us not spinning the CD.

The rom drive is showing on the BIOS... anytime I switch on the system, the yellow light shows, but won't boot or spin, even after selecting it.

Is the drive bad, or is it the CD itself?

Now i went back to the seller and he said they "drived" it and it worked for a while and now just after 3 days it is has gone back to the former self after working for sometime.

Is this a speaker issue or what? i need help please. I have a video interview to do and the system doesnt pick my voice when i was testing it.

Since you said it cracks too then it is a speaker problem,I don't see how a speaker driver will increase it sound.
