This system update keeps popping up each time I am on my new Tecno Pop 5 Pro. On Wednesday this week it popped up and I finally did the system update. I discovered that after the update, my dial/call button(network 1 & 2 button) no longer dial numbers. Do I need to downgrade and how?? Pls what is the solution?

Try factory reset.

If you have truecaller installed uninstall it,
Or you should set your phone dialler app as default from your app settings.
Try this and give feedback ✌️
