They have stack billions of dollars for 2023 election campaign.
During campaign you will see all the money that APC presidential and governorship candidates are stacking.

In the end it is the masses that will bear the burden. Those responsible for the current state will barely feel it, they and their families probably have passports with valid visas to flee and continue to enjoy ill-gotten gains with little or no consequences.

This is what happens when there are no strong institutions to hold people responsible.
