which county are u looking at in europe and do you have money to pay for the 1st year tuition fee?

I am looking at France, Germany, Poland, Italy, or Spain. As for the tuition fees, yes i have it so long as its not too expensive and above my budget.

for Germany it's free tuition fee but a block account with be open on your behalf by the school where u will deposit about 4m to 5m in it and u can't withdraw it till u get to Germany. And for others u will need to have about approximately 5 thousand euro for the first tuition fee.
