The amount of fine is ridiculous. What is N5 million to a large organization like this, they wont feel a thing . Fines are meant to be punitive and discourage repeat of an act but unfortunately this one is not. NBC should have estimated the amount of cash flow that accurued from the publication and make them pay 5x that.
