Tinubu votes in Ikeja. He does not even vote in Bourdillion. People, are really dumb.
But you are the one sounding dumb here...

Why should Tinubu vote at Ikeja? Is it that he is still the sitting governor of Lagos whose office is situate at Alausa?

Buhari votes in Daura, Jonathan goes home to Otuoke so why should Tinubu , an ordinary citizen, act differently?

The last time I checked the official residence of Tinubu is located at Bourdillon Road...

Actually, it doesnt mean tho.

Since it is not his house, if inec relocates the polling unit to another place and he buys all the houses around that area, is inec going to continue shifting or cancels them until he buys off Lagos? undecided

A politican can build their house anywhere. So i dont think it all matters jare

What exactly is wrong in a polling unit being located in front of Peter Obi’s house?

So, if a polling unit has been at a particular place since 1999, INEC should move it away because someone around that location is a candidate? What exactly is wrong with the thinking faculty of you obituarists?
Stop sounding simple-minded Ogbeni...

INEC as the electoral umpire should be and be seen as a disinterested counterpart in election management.

If the location of the polling unit is in such a way that it compromises the chance of the electorates in exercising their civic rights without let or hindrance, then it is trite that the citing of the unit should be changed.

Tinubu is a dog in the fight so that polling unit should be treated as if it would technically determine the winner of the presidential poll.

No favouritism or feeling of entitlement here....

Let them relocate it so we can see whether he will fall into the temptation of trying to buy houses proximate or adjoining the new unit...

The media will hang him out to dry....it is no longer the days when politicians had monopoly of information gathering and dissemination...

No sane Nigerian will vote for Tinubu.

It's only someone who doesn't live in Lagos that won't know that this state is a mess because of Tinubu's thugs. People should be free to cast their votes and decide who they want to vote for. Not vote for their preferred candidates and their lives will be threatened or even be assassinated.

For someone to raise this alarm, it means a lot of people won't vote for agbado master. Someone's house or gate shouldn't be INEC voting center. It seems you want Tinubu's thugs to beat them up for not voting for your agabdo master.

So, every polling unit located around the houses of all presidential candidates should be relocated, right?

Relocated to where exactly? INEC office? Alaba market? What nonsense are you guys saying?

The polling unit is located on bourdillon street so that Nigerians living there can easily access the polling unit on Election Day. Same is applicable to Peter Obi and all other candidates, they will vote very close to their houses.

Advocating that polling units close the houses of candidates should be moved away to somewhere far away from their house is crassly insane. It will only lead to the disenfranchisement of voters in that area.

People have been voting without any fear or harassment whatsoever in that unit since 1999 and so shall it remain. Stop allowing politics to blind your judgement, your argument is extremely ridiculous and silly.

I can bet my left testicle that you wouldn’t have said this if this was to be Peter Obi.

But because it’s Jagabandit, you guys must find a way to rationalize nonsense.

Tinubu is now an interested party and polling unit should be moved to a neutral ground. QED.

Can you imagine? You heard it from your beer parlor gossip group in Ihiala, right? And INEC should cancel the unit or move it to Alaba market so as to prove its neutrality to you and your beer parlor gossip mates, right?

Do you guys even think some of these things through before posting at all?

We've seen miscreants attack voters in Lagos .

It's online. Remember the story of Demola .

Look,, we can't just dismiss her claim when there is a history of such.

She is obviously not living on Bourdillion, Ikoyi.

If she does, she will not be lying brazenly and should know that the only place you can turn on that long stretch of Bourdillon to access both sides of the road is right in front of that Asiwaju Tinubu's house and makes it accessible to any polling booth near his house especially for the elderly and physically challenged voters. That is the only place on Bourdillon you have a large space on both sides of the road.
She does not know too

It is no brainer that INEC considered an open and accessible place to use and it is not in Asiwaju Tinubu's house.

This politics of lies, bigotry and hatred failed in 2015, it failed in 2019 and will fail in 2023.
They always lose.

The turning in front of his house isn't the only one on Bourdillon. There are 2 others at Queen’s Drive and near Cooper Rd junctions apart from the Ikoyi link bridge roundabout.

Those two turnings are at the entry and exit extreme points of Bourdillon and any polling station at any of the two extreme locations can't be for Bourdillion. Besides, it will be too long stretch of walk on election day especially for the elderly and physically-challenged.

The turning right in front of Asiwaju Tinubu's house is the only one that turns into Bourdillon. The other half turn inbound Falomo from Asiwaju's house is a detour into inner Ikoyi streets like Probyn which is still far and less accessible.
INEC chose the best spot just on either side of that turning into Bourdillon as it is just close to right in the middle of Bourdillon

This is Nairaland mod and Tinubu supporter new strategy to demarket Peter Obi. They Created thousands of username. They will propagate lies from anti-peter Obi newspapers such as daily trust and The nation or paid agents, then they will use that their fake accounts to comments and likes the comments. They will drag that thread to many pages to justify that their fake accounts and likes. The mod will help them push it to front page once the comments entered second or third pages. Do not buy to their cheap propaganda there purpose is to convince you that Obi is loosing popularity and that people are now switching to Tinubu.

Are they the ones also opening Obi's mouth that can't stop lying?

The thing is, Tinubu is not even voting in Ikoyi but Ikeja....why all this drama
Penguin2:

Why did INEC plan to relocate sensitive materials from the CBN the moment it was confirmed that Godwin Emefiele, the CBN governor, is a card carrying member of APC?

Because perception is key.

It is enough for INEC to say they are independent and transparent only by words of mouth… they must be seen displaying independence and transparency in all their dealings.

It doesn’t matter how many decades polling unit has been in Tinubu’s compound, he’s a candidate now and an interested party therefrom. The damn polling unit should be relocated.

But the truth is that Tinubu will never allow free and fair in Lagos because he knows he will lose Lagos due to how unpopular he is and that’s why he keeps using thugs to disrupt places he feels are opposition stronghold.

A woman has cried out to the public to call out INEC to relocate the polling unit located in Tinubu’s Bourdillon.

According to the woman, thugs make it difficult for those who are not supporting Tinubu or his candidate of choice, to vote their. She claims that was the case in the last election of 2019.

But should a polling unit be sited in a candidate’s place?
