it's all dried ones but the big seed if you put it inside water for 24 hours it will turn to fresh.
You can preserve it further using PICS bag.

yes,old rice here is 850/mudus and you need 30 mudus for one 50kg bag. That's one of the reason I don't even want to do local rice now unless necessarily.
But if you want new rice,then you can get it @24k.
