I will really appreciate your advice and help. My application is 15 weeks old, 10 days ago, I go BVL letter but no final decision. I have emailed all the IRCC offices around the world, they now even know my name, still no way.

What can I do please, I’m getting tired of waiting. BVL and no decision just like that, the suspense is mad.

Hello house, please I need your best advice on what to do about my passport. The issue is the first name on my passport is in place of my middle name and my middle name in place of my first name.
I want to know if a high court affidavit can be used to explain that.
Please anyone that has experienced this type of issue should help.

I guess I'm a little late to the party , Just heard about this forum during my layover at the airport in Cairo, yes I got into Canada Yesterday (Thank God). Please is anyone in the house attending Fanshawe College? I'm having difficulty renting a house (I'm on a budget ), I booked an Airbnb for 4 days so I can find my way with renting a shared place (hopefully I can get a partner here) during the period,

Also, my Visa was for last year September's admission which got delayed until February during which my agent and myself got the message mixed up and I got kicked out of the school by December, Luckily the visa came in February so I had to start the admission process all over again and made a new payment (Fanshawe collects full Semester Tuition) but was for 6 months which will end on 25th August 2022. on getting to the Immigration counter I was given a study permit which ends on 25th August 2022 same date as my visa but was asked to apply for an extension immediately. can someone please help put y through the process and the required documents?

Guys is it advisable to go for police clearance or not. I completed application form but on the document upload section their is no section requesting for police clearance, it went straight to payment for biometrics and visa. Is it that they will ask for it later I want to be sure before dashing those police free money. I use the IRCC new portal

People have been getting study permit approval here without police clearance. That indicates that it's not compulsory.

Having a Mpower study loan is no ground for the IRCC financial requirements to be waived, though the required funds to show should be enough after tuition (already handled by MPower) and that can cater to the LE.

Another area critically assessed by the officer is the inflows, which may be a factor in the assessment of the means the loan would be paid back without causing future indebtedness. Your employment and level of economic establishment should be reliable.

Allowing the MPower study loan to carry the full weight of showing financial availability for the study, would not be appropriate and enough to show proof of funds sufficiency and good economic standing.

I order my gcsm note on June 17 ( when it came I saw alot � I didn’t submit my bank statement so I reach out here and got some help here and I quickly did a Letter of explanation, my sponsor transferred me money and I resubmitted all sponsor documents again through webform and starting sending them mails. Am really grateful to God and you guys i appreciate.I submitted my application then join this group

It won’t affect it.. someone got PPR and also applied for her baby after she had the baby and the baby got PPR too last week so they are all going including the hubby oh
