Are you celebrating seeing your professionals leave your poor nations while at the same time going to enrich the already rich nations with those skills you badly need at home?

Kenya Election Update:
With an 1 hr and 30mins to go; and with rigging/voter suppression largely having failed; Biometric has been used in 99.9% of stations so far;

Azimio next straw is Low Mt Kenya Turnout.

Let see if tallying and transmission will be free and fair like the voting has been.

From 5pm - polling station will transform into Final Tallying Center - the only rigging that can happen there is for agents of opponent to be kicked out and POS to be compromised.

Tanzanian diaspora is probably bigger than that of Kenya, so is Somali, Ethiopian, Sudan etc. You are just lazy, at home and abroad.

GeneralDae:

Yeah in order of exports, Oil is first with about 42 Billion dollars, Remittance from diaspora is then a distant second, now Urea is competing for 3rd with gas ( Due to the Dangote factor). But I agree with you, gas should be no one because we even have more advantages there than with oil, but gas infrastructures are usually very cost intensive and they take so much time.
The rulers are just stupid. If over the years they've been serious with investment in gas production and export they would have done a lot of partnership in that sector with gas multinationals. That would have solved Nigeria's forex cash flow by some extent.

Grain production is another we need to step up. Nigeria imports way too much wheat and for awhile now Buhari has introduced a 15% tax on wheat imports. That's why a regular loaf of bread goes for#600 now. There's heat resistant wheat that Nigeria can grow with success. And the southern governors should do more about food production. But t our leaders are just stupid, unimaginative and uncreative buffoons. I just hope we get it right in 2023.

There is no proof to back up your theory of our bigger diaspora.
What we know so far is....
You send doctors and nurses away while your people at home need them.
You have your professionals in every rich nation busy enriching the already wealthy nations while your people at home lack those professionals to help them to grow food to fill their empty bellies...

We are different....Really different.

While u celebrate when your professionals go away,we saddened by that in TZ, that's why we discourage them to leave and we try to make our nation as peaceful as possible and liveable as well so they can stay.

WHILE you celebrate a faked GDP, we want GDP which is in our pockets lifting up our lives.

Obasanjo was the only one who invested in gas (our NLNG trains) although with little aggression, before he left. After that, both Yar Adua and Jonathan completely abandoned them ( if only they had followed Obasanjo's gas template). Buhari revived the projects, but he started many things quiet late (late 2018-2022). Buhari's first three years were almost like a waste to me. Unfortunately again, COVID-19 struck in 2020 grin. Although Buhari is slow and makes some stupid decisions, his luck factor compared to say Ebele Goodluck Jonathan is also something else grin.

I think voter turn out might be less than 65% in Central.
...and the rigging might have already done, I've seen several complaints about one voter being given ten ballot papers
Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by rvp20182: 3:52pm On Aug 09, 2022
I see average of 75% so far -
Meanwhile Ukambani I hear it's terrible.
Luo Nyanza I see Nyongo is asking for voting to be extended.
Western is even worse.
As for rigging - with many ballots - not possible with hawk eyed agents.

From Ndindi Nyoro

Voter turnout is highest in Rift, followed by Mt Kenya, then Nyanza. The margin and gap that H.E William Ruto will defeat his closest competitor will shock many people.

Kenya Election - Look like it will be very low turnout - 60% percent maybe

IEBC reporting 56% - excluded those on the queue - about 12M voters - at 4PM.

It's now 6 and most polling station are closing - and results will stream in live in about an hour.

kenya Election Update: Election results coming in fast and furious.

High turnout in Kalenjinland(80-85%), No result from Luo Nyanza(strange- could be 2007 ploy), medium turnout in Mt kenya, everywhere else is very low
1) NEP - 50-50
2) Coast - Raila leading amongst Mijikenda - Ruto leading in others.
3) Ukambani - Raila leading but Ruto doing very well
4) Matusa - Raila leading.
5) Kalenjin - Ruto scoring 98% up from 92% for Uhuru
6) Mt Kenya - Ruto scoring 85%. THIS BIG ONE.
7) Western - Ruto doing very well in Bungoma(80%) - and 40% in Busia.
cool No seen results from Luos and Gusii.

Relax - only Raila areas have reported - because they had very low turnout. I will give you an exit prediction based on sample of results in less than an hour. Ruto is doing well in Mt kenya...turnout is good...and in Kalenjinland it blowout. That should already tell you Ruto is above 50% (refer to 2013).

It over for Raila - from now it full nightmare - Mt Kenya are going 85% for Ruto - and Kalenjin are going 85% on turnout & 98% for Ruto - that is normally a nightmare enough - but now Luo Nyanza had low turnout - and rest are terrible. Ruto likely to win with 60% of the vote against Raila 40%.

RUTO
57.42%
RAILA ODINGA
RAILA
42.4%
Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by rvp20182: 5:58pm On Aug 09, 2022
Ruto nows at 61 percent as Raila moves to 38 percent. The massacre is happening live. Kenyans are determined to finish the dynasties - the families who hijacked the independence - the Mois, Kenyattas, Odingas - and their lackeys are finished.

Ruto is very very brutal. I see the exit flight this week from all fatcats. Their big mistake was to line up and attempt to lynch someone who started as chicken seller...someone so brilliant...someone so hardworking...a terrific talent like WSR

WSR will take Kenya to next level - because he is the next Meles Zenawi.

Kenya Election Update -The Mainstream Media that is part of State Capture had their candidate - now they are in fix to continue or stop broadcasting the nightmare

Citizen tally
Candidate Votes (%) Party
WILLIAM SAMOEI RUTO 52,756 (62.05%) UDA
RAILA ODINGA 31,292 (36.80%) AZIMIO
GEORGE LUCHIRI WAJACKOYAH 349 (0.41%) ROOTS
DAVID MWAURE WAIHIGA 196 (0.23%) AGANO

The Hustler Revolution in Kenya has overthrown the dynasties. All that remain is for Ruto to finish them.

Ruto is not far away at 49%.
