See, u just have to be tweaking the amount in neteller site until it's suitable to deposit. So I adjusted the amount to suit with my virtual card balance after factoring in the charge. But in the end, I moved all the 10k in the virtual card

Inform the buyer via the chat and have him send you his neteller email address. The buyer might not be aware. I had similar experience but after communicating with him via the chat he sent his neteller email. Or simply find another buyer.

It should be an email address of the buyer... I don't think a numerical account number applies

Be careful so you don't make errors
Make sure you check how much you would be able to send after charges on Neteller before you select amount you want to buy

e.g You might press you want to buy €11 worth of USDT and your Neteller balance is directly €11

Like that, you can't send it all to the seller cos they'll definitely take charges and by that time you've already stated in the trade you're paying €11... Be sure of your calculations before pushing on with each trade

Neteller even charged a negative balance to my card some days ago and I can't even cancel the card again

I noticed this same exact negative balance of almost N800 on the only card I was able to create! Didn't understand what was happening so I jejely emptied that access account of every fund I had there.

Whatever I do for money must be profitable or else I have no biz with it. The whole thing didn't fetch me anything after factoring in all charges including the 1,000+ for issuance of card. Still prefer to trade crypto at the end of the day.

Your account's funds is safe but any money you move into that card, they would take out that 800 inside

The suitable currency you select is NGN. Cause you will be sending naira to covert to USD or EUR before selling through binance.
But make sure you verify you neteller account first so you won't have issues like me.
