The chinese buy lands, destroy the lands in search of gold, get the golds and ship it to their country. It is booming. The police force provide the chinese with security. Go and verify.

Yet PO built and refurbished over 800km of roads, built a university campus, a teaching hospital, a full government secretariat, turned around education in the state (Anambra State Uni is in session at the moment because of what PO did), made the state the least indebted in Nigeria even though he inherited huge debts, and left billions in the state coffers. Enough for Obiano to build an international airport amongst other things.
