Ruto plus Rao total gives us 14,203,641 then add 0.29% of wajax and mwaure, where it takes us to 14,244,***. Meaning, 33k is not there. Spoilt votes currently stands at 0.12% pf total votes. That is more or less 20k - where is 13k.?

You should have known this with the Kenyatta political machinery behind Raila coupled with the fact that the Odinga family itself is prominent in Kenyan political space.
