Newww1: His visiting visa or work permit will take a long time. I will advice you check the processing periods for each application. None is fast on the old or new portal I applied for an Open spousal work permit for someone in October 2021 and she go approved in July, 2022. |

If your plan is for him to come and stay with you, apply for a work permit or you can wait till the visiting visa is approved (IF IT WILL BE APPROVED) then when he comes to canada, he can apply for the work permit. 1 Like |

Hi guys, please I need answers. Is it possible to defer after getting ppr? If yes, what's the effect on the visa? Hope ircc won't have a problem with that? |

ebaymaestroo: Your source of income can be th CAC of your business and your employment letter with payslips. I am not saying you shouldn't have lump sums but it has to be explained. You can use a sales receipt to explain a lump sum as a business owner. 1 Like |

Deronke1: If you defer aftet getting a PPR, you must have the new admission letter before you travel because the immigration officer might ask for your admission letter. You will also need to update ircc of the updated admission letter. It has notl effect on your visa but its important you present the updated admission letter because it is when you get to the port of entry you will be issued a study permit and work permit |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Anon123: 9:23pm On Aug 11, 2022 |
Cannyboy: Your neco result isn't a big deal even though you will require to include a neco scratch card when applying for the admission. You need to show you have work experience in the chosen course if you want to stand a chance to gain admission. Therefore your cv plays a bigger role not your neco result. |

Good evening all, Anyone traveled with klm recently, is COVID test required for a fully vaccinated person?? 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Demmyoged: 10:03pm On Aug 11, 2022 |
OnyeukaO: Travelled with KLM in June to Canada . No covid test was required for fully vaccinated passengers. Just ensure you download your arrivecan app and update it with all required details 72hrs before your flight |
