@ the bold, if the governor completed the projects initiated by past governor, credit must be given even for just not abandoning it
Of course, such governor is commended for completing already-existing projects but usually credit goes to the project's brainchild.

And some refugees from a certain barren region say they want to liberate Lagosians.....hehehehe....
No be juju be that?

The irony!
You fled your land because the place is dead, you now have the audacity to open your gutter mouth to complain of a progressive region.
And some Yoruba fools are falling for their manipulation, not knowing that they want you to vote for their kind of useless governors so we can all compete in failure.

Since Obi initiated the GO AND VERIFY mantra, Governors have being actively show-casing their projects-finish or unfinished- to the media. Even governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State is putting up a show of projects. It seems governors are competing against themselves about who's the best in good governance. This is good for democracy and no matter how much hatred you have for Obi, he has, to an extent, changed the democratic narrative of this country which is, elected individuals must perform, be it LP, PDP or APC, or you'll be voted out. And no governor can take credit for projects that they didn't initiate.

We need a form of healthy competition between states.

Lagos, fastest growing city . All thanks to Tinubu laying good legacy for successive governors. Lagos likes good things and have good taste , we can't accept mediocrity hence the state can't employ another party asides APC . They blame Tinubu for Buhari's performance where he's clearly limited and not part of the government yet deny him of his mentees perfomance in Lagos.
That's just hypocritical.
To those waiting for the federal government to build a port in the East Lagos has shown us it's achievable and Tinubu has promised some ports at the APC primary. Let's vote Tinubu
If God-fatherism is the system that will eventually lead Nigeria to the promise land, the land of our dream, then we would love to be ruled by god-fathers with a lot to show. Here is tax-payers money working really well for them. Tinubu remains the brain behind the Lagos state‘s successive governments harmonious rulership (the incumbent continues from where the immediate past stops) and as such, I think the man should have raised a respectable/feared figure like himself; more like a successor should in case he passes because any human society without a head is definitely destined to fail.

Even if you put a mad man in Lagos, he would certainly perform because of almost 80 years of been federal capital, foundational infrastructures, asses to the sea and sea port, huge population, multicultural/ethnic with a huge population of non indegenous lagosians making a state with over 80% non indegenous people to 20% lagosians.

We can as well say no wonder Delta, Rivers, Bayelsa,Akwa ibom are Gold state right now, afterall they have NDDC and extra allocation from crude Oil for ages.

No other state has the money lagos has. Things (performance) should be put in context. These guys did not build lagos, they are just fortunate to be in a state that is by nature and chance placed well than others.
If for example, you are expected to carry five packs of indomie to a destination and you only carry two, people will view you as lazy. But people can not expect your child to even carry a pack.
Must I give u people example like u are in primary school? Get sense na and know what u are doing.

There are states that receive billions yet when you visit them they still look like desolate towns.

Let's just say the truth; successive governors of Lagos are sophisticated in their outlook and accomplishments.

Not yet Uhuru but Lagos is still the best run stage in Nigeria...Fact.

It is the best state obviously. It doesn't depend on how much it receives, it is really how much it generates.
Lagos receives more than any state, however, there are couple of states especially in the south south that receives close to it. However, no state (even many other africa countries), come close to it in terms of what it generates. No state do 1/10th.
You can see Ayade of cross river and wike of rivers doing a lot of projects because of the huge money they receive. Lagos on the other hand don't only receive huge money, but it generates a lot more money. Other states are hopeless compared to it.
Where there is money, u won't notice much ineptitude on the part of the government. Its not possible that all the successive governors have been fantastic. They are all Nigerians and humans. We can see what the other governors Tinubu has helped put in other states in the south west with far far less money, we can see how they have performed.
Its foolish to try compare the performance of lagos government with other governments.

Actually, when there is continuity in performance, it will be hard to justify who has performed better because the demands are in different phases. E.g Tinubu was in the initial stage, Fashola was in the immediate stage, Ambode in the intermediate and Sanwo Olu in the current stage. The next person that comes will also ensure continuity. That's good governance to me. Truly, Tinubu laid a foundation.

Just wondering why such isn't replicated in Anambra state.

They don't pay taxes?

When their leaders take their shares, nothing is left to do anything. Soludo has just applied to borrow N100B - may be with that, there will be enough money to share as usual and also build some mushroom healthcenters for them.

Yes, those oil producing states are beginning to stake their claims to larger share of federal revenues. On the average, I think lagos has received more than them overtime.
However, my focus is really on what Lagos generates internally, it dwarfs all
