It's by the grassroots. Like Atiku said, a majority of the people who vote are not on social media. In Nigeria, social media still remains a storm in a tea cup. They know the millions of uneducated, illiterate and poor people that don't know anything than block voting, voting like cow. That's the reality on ground. Most people making noise on social media are first time voters. Maybe they'll spring a surprise but it's very unlikely. There are millions of stark illiterates who have been voting since 1999, dey no dey miss am.
