Actually it is against the convention rules that a contestant should mount the podium twice after his or her opening remark, this was exactly what Tambuwal did, he made his opening remark and he also came back again to ask his delegates to vote Atiku, but where technicalities will come in is that, how would wike differentiate the number of delegates that voted Atiku that were meant to vote Tambuwal in the first place? The best that can happen with this case is for the Judge to annul the convention in totality, since the actors did not follow the lay down rules.

I agree with your first postulation. Except PDP actually counted Tambuwal's explicit votes for Atiku (instead of voiding it), then it would be hard to prove that some of Atiku's votes actually belonged to Tambuwal.

The judge cannot annul the convention in totality because it would disadvantage Atiku who committed no disputed act whatsoever. He was merely an onlooker, albeit a beneficiary.

Atiku's camp can even twist this on Wike and claim that it was a planned work between Wike and Tambuwal with an endgame of ensuring it becomes disputed.

ATIKU IS NOT GOING TO HAVE IT EASY.

After this experience with Wike, future aspirant and political party excos will not be playing or toying with ZONING.

ZONING OF PUBLIC OFFICES HAS BECOME A NECESSITY BECAUSE OF THE STRUCTURE OF NIGERIA AND ITS INHERENT DIVERSITY.

The PDP made mistake by not adopting ZONING OF THE PRESIDENTIAL TICKET.

Zoning is what promote PEACE, NATIONAL COHESION AND UNITY.

The TAKE IT ALL BEHAVIOUR which the Atiku presidency seeks to actualise is not good for the stability of Nigeria.

WHAT SOME PEOPLE DO NOT REALISE IS THAT IF ATIKU ABUBAKAR BECOMES PRESIDENT THERE IS THE LIKELY BELIEF THAT MORE PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANT WILL COME FROM THE NORTH.

With NO END in place. They will be assuming the Presidency TURN BY TURN without presidential power coming to the south.

I also learnt that President Muhammadu Buhari originally intended to abandon ZONING OF THE PRESIDENCY But he was talked into to adopt Zoning and that brought about Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu clinching the Ticket of the APC to run for the 2023 Presidential election.

Understand that Nigerians are tired of APC and PDP, the both parties are bloody failures. Also understand that state elections is totally different from presidential election.

From Edo State we're highly Obidient to the mission come 2023! I urge you to join us as we restructure and take Back our country from those old ancestors who has destroyed Nigeria. Together we can get it right this time around with PO, he might not be a saint but he is the best candidate we have now for the job

Wike welldone.

Not until this and even if you had joined Atiku in the ticket. PDP wasn't in the race for 2023 because of their choice to settle for a Northern candidate over the gentleman agreement to move power to the South and particularly SouthEast. Just like Northeast hasn't had the opportunity.

Having now read in summary what Wike is complaining against, I think he has a good case. You don't change the goal post in the middle of the game. Switching Tambuwal's vote to Atiku is a day light rigging. I was thinking Tambuwal simply stepped down before the election began and urged his supporters to vote Atiku, but for me to read that votes had been cast before he mounted the podium to ask his votes be switched to Atiku is illegal, it can't happen in any democratic election.

exactly. Wike has gone mad. There was no vote for tambuwal. There was no transfer of votes. His supporters simply voted Atiku.

It could be remembered that Wike used the courts to stop APC from fielding candidates in 2019 governorship elections in Rivers state and this paved way for him to return to the seat without much problem.
This time it is different because Nigeria is not Rivers state and he is dealing with a veteran in Atiku. Atiku will always outsmart Wike. Atiku has successfully fought Obasanjo's third term agenda in the courts and national assembly. He also fought successfully Obasanjo's attempt to stop from contesting for the presidency.
Wike is a sore loser. He contested election and failed. He should take it just like the others did.

The only reason Atiku won all those cases was because OBJ acted against the laws of the land in all cases while wike own he was in the side of the law.

It is easier winning cases in the law court when you are doing the right thing or your actions or inactions are in tandem with statutory provisions of the law.

It doesn't mean because you are a veteran once your actions are against the law your chances of winning in a law court tends towards the zero mark than one. This applies to everyone irrespective of how highly places you are.

OBJ couldn't just wake up and declare a vice president seat vacant as well as refused INEC from r cognizing his party and then expect to win in the court. Which court will give him such victory? The laws are explicit regards removing the vice president of Nigeria.

Don't know we're this case will go but what I can say is it looks interesting.

What is Wike talking about?

As far as am concerned, Tambuwal only has one vote, delegate from Sokoto does not belong to him.

Now how do you determine the vote that belongs to Tambuwal before the election.

So people that contested didn't get votes because delegate from their states decided to vote for who they like.

So my point is that no candidate owns any vote before the election.
Stepping down and asking delegate that wanted to vote for you to vote for another candidate is not a crime in any election.

1) You start to make wave down south based on performance or charisma, the read your potential and notice you are going to he a national strong man

They set the following in motion

a) they lure you with illusion of power ...any other you give police or army they would quickly approve it especially those that would push you against your Southern broad support base

b) they make you go against your Southern support base thinking the north is loyal to you and you don't need your brothers and as sticking with your brother's would make you lose northern masses support ( same lie every time )

ii)
then they raise one of your brother's that align with the interest of your brothers ...
Two of you begin to have issues boom your brother's support the new hero that align with them

c) now you are only left with support of the north ...you believe they have your back and won't betray you ...now you are at their mercy ...they can give you more royal titles or political assignments to relax your mind
Note; they never promised you support outright but inferred it and said so by side talks you would hear the side talks

d) when they have made you totally dependent on them and totally hated by your people ...boom they cut you off ...

you then thinking the illusion of power was power and try to fight then boom it's dawns on you .. you have been used

Wike , rochas ,umiah , Ameachi , tinubu , awolowo , zik , ekwueme ,orji uzo kalu,

Man the list is endless ....same pattern

Immediately they pushed wike against Igbos I knew it was over ...

Wike had the opportunity to be Igbo leader united south south and south east under one leadership

But he wasn't smart enough ... Ameachi understood very very late ...umiah is just understanding


Remove Tinubu from your hopeless list, I hope you don't kill yourself in 2023 when Tinubu become president

You don't step down during the voting process. It is before! You don't transfer votes to another person after voting process as commenced. It is not done anywhere. The court should do the needful.

THE MANY LIES OF TINUBU AND HIS CAMPAIGN TEAM AGAINST PETER OBI

To put the matter straight Peter Obi is the most accepted of all the presidential candidates among the Nigerians from all ages, professions, tribes, religions, of course peter obi is the most suited for the job among the contenders.

Unfortunately his political opponents especially that of APC, BOLA TINUBU and his campaign team are scheming and working hard to destroy the good will that Nigerians have bestowed on Obi.


The OBI's campaign team should therefore put in some work to counter this as they prepare to commence campaigns soon .

I am going to clearly state here the evil strategies that the BATIST are using to dent Obi's candidature and advice on how Obi's team should counter this.

Tinubu's evil goals.

1) Create the impression that Peter Obi is a sectional project.

2) Portray Peter Obi's supporters across Nigeria as Ipob and violent people and intolerant.

3) Portray Peter Obi and the Obidients as deceitful and liars.

4) Portray Obi's presidency as a tribal project.


HOW THEY WORK ON THIS EVIL SCHEMES

Tinubu's campaign team hires and pays some people especially in the media to design and create violent posts, engage in tribal discriminating acts and posts, issue tribal warnings and threats, while hiding under the Obidient camp to carry out this evil acts. Then they turn around and accuse Peter Obi and his supporters.

They sponsor and publish this acts on national dailys (e.g. The Nation Newspaper) social media, and infact all media claiming victims and making the Obidients the culprit.

They create false and deceitful informations including endorsements by celebrity figures, some polticians, videos, images hiding under the image of the obidients, then turn around to publish such reports as lies and deceit from Obidient team.

An example was a sponsored article where Tinubu8 campaign team hired some criminals called Igbo youths.

They issued threats that Tinubu's campaign team are not allowed in the South East. They ran to the Guardian newspaper paid and published it.

All these is to portray Peter Obi's support base as intolerant.

Treacherous indeed.

A lot of dangerous scenarios like this one plays out every day.

However let me warn Obi's team that more aggressive versions of this evil scheming by Tinubu, his campaign team and his supporters are in store against Peter Obi's Presidential aspiration and the movement

But we know that lies, propaganda and falsehood cannot stop the choice of the Nigerian masses.
