Migori he is projected to be at 27%. Kurias are almost 40% of Migori. They like Ruto there...UDA/URP have been winning Mp seats.
Wuoche:

When Ruto vie before vie before to get usual Kuria votes you are talking about? grin grin. Are you dreaming about Luo Nyanza? None of the 4 luo Nyanza counties Ruto got above 3%. Machakos Ruto is below 20%

wouche look for another straw - 40 counties Ruto scores above 25%.
Migori he scores 27%

He fails ONLY in Siaya, Kisumu, Homabay, Makueni, Machakos, Kitui, Mandera and Busia.

Plus Taita Taveta -

So roughly 39 counties -

It could be better if you support your claims with evidence.

Here is the map of Kenya with demarcated counties. The blue colors indicate the counties where Raila has led and the yellow colors indicate the counties where Ruto has led. Remember one must get at least 25% votes in each of at least 24 counties.

This map and election results paint a very polarized country. The next president has a lot work to do not just on the economic front.

Well, if all evidence around uS are anything to go by, I think old people's outputs both mental and physical are lower than when younger. For example the average age of Nobel laureates is 59. Even musicians usually produce their best work before 70. Anyway Sha, I stand to be corrected.

Your argument is flawed because what you posted does not justify your point. It an online research does not prove old people mental out to be inferior.

Scientists analyzed data from more than 1.2 million people
who participated in an online experiment measuring reaction
time to a brain test. Participants were asked to categorize
words and images flashing on a screen by hitting the correct
key.
But the process of deciding which key was correct didn’t slow
until participants reached 60 years old. The research findings
suggest that our body and brain aren’t necessarily responsible
for whatever mental decline we think starts with adulthood.
“We can explain the slower reactions by the fact that people
become more cautious in their decisions with increasing age,
i.e., they try to avoid mistakes,” von Krause told the
publication. “At the same time, also the motor processes, i.e.,
the pressing of the response keys in an experiment, slow down
with increasing age.”

Infact old people have a higher chance of making the right decision than younger people due to the experienece they have had, they are more careful and study situation before reacting which reduces any chance of mistake. To govern a country is not learning 123.

James Giordano , PhD, a professor of neurology and
biochemistry at Georgetown University, told Healthline a
healthy brain can remain fully capable for the majority of a
person’s life span.
“As matter of fact, as we age, the neural nodes and networks
formed throughout our life can actually become more efficient
in their ability to link and relate prior and current experience to
predictive decisions,” Giordano said.

The winner take all Democracy is so bad when results like this happen. The 50.1% winner take all the executives while 49.9% voice of the country is discarded.

The answer is more devolution or federalism - with revenue shared equitably. The loser in kenya will have their own county gov with their own governors.Nobody goes home empty handed. That is better than what you have in Tanzania - CCM dictatorship.

You are very weird, when those media you are criticizing are showing your candidate above 50% you are happy and praising them, when the gap has been reduced to 49% then they are captured grin grin

You can't tell me that you are ever hopeless, that's a lie. Everything you do, you do with a hope of winning it. Even Man United fans are always hopeful after few preseason games grin grin. When you went to cast your vote (if at all you voted), you did so with the hope that your candidate is going to win. If that's not the case the you could have remain at home like the remaining 36% of the registered voters who didn't participate.

Actually we are okay with whoever wins, it's the politicians who are the biggest beneficiaries of this election. They are going to enjoy it more than you and me unless you are one of them.

These same politicians don't even see tribe, they do business and marry among themselves. How the commoners get divided during elections is a stroke of evil geniuses. Kenyans are the pawns!!

So, in essence, you agree that one way or the other age slows people down. I got that from what you posted. Check the bolded.

Why stop in middle? They should have completed it. Reuters is doing it now.

We know mainstream media were opposed to Ruto because they are owned by Uhuru, MOi, Macharia(Raila) and gov arm twisted them long time ago with advertising

Thank goodness for social media

You should have known this with the Kenyatta political machinery behind Raila coupled with the fact that the Odinga family itself is prominent in Kenyan political space. But I still find it hard to believe that Kenyans would pick an old tired grandpa over a young thoroughbred who understands modern times. But then they say Ruto is very corrupt. He should have toned it down a bit.

It seems the emboldened is a curse placed on we Africans because we keep voting for these old folks who are too rusty and lack the kind of leadership qualities we want.

Guess you miss the point that says

age.

This shows old age does not stop one from performing and in fact been cautious of ones decision is a kind of trait you find in a leader.

Kenya election. This has been one most transparent election -technology has worked 99.5%- we probably have beaten Ghana in democratic transition. Ghana and Zambia - of course South Africa, Botswana and Namibia - are miles ahead of the rest of Africa in holding regular, peaceful, free and fair elections.
