Secondly, peter obi did infrastructure tho not on the Ngige level however the backend is that most infrastructure he brokered especially in the health sector were master strokes also due to his prudent nature successive government has access to enough fund to build as much infrastructure as possible. That is why Obiano (a suspected drunk) can build an airport without equivalent growth of revenue. The question you should ask is where did he get the money?? I would answer you peter obi's investment

Your candidates couldn't as much upgrade the MMI airport not to talk of building another one in spite the airport being largely burden due to heavy traffic as a result of Lagos being a port city.
