You are right with Pedri. He honestly seem to have forgotten his CM duties and with the likes of Gavi trying to also play as an AM, things got just to complicated that we had to rely on Chris and Eric to play as midfielders.

Maybe starting FDJ in this fame would have yielded better results because truth be told, none of our players seem to know how to drive the ball forward like him.

Since he started scoring last season, especially after that goal against Sevilla, Xavi has been pushing him to focus more on scoring goals which is now affecting his core midfield game.
