What they fail to understand is that it doesn't mean if the docs were classified or declassified by Criminal trump, the fact that he lost his security clearance to top secret docs like the nuclear docs and us intelligence methods and payroll data on the very day President Biden took oath of office, he runs 100% guilty of Espionage Act. The act is broad and it affects you when you just have Classified, top secret and need to know documents in your possession, I.e when you don't have access to the SCIF any more. Then you ought to return all to NARA and to the Attorney General. Chelsea Manning was jailed under that act, first she had one top secret document and she whitsleblowed due to her exposure to that top secret doc. For FBI to find any top secret documents in Mar-a-lago to begin with is criminal and falls under the Espionage act prosecution.
