El Elohe Yahshrael! Are holiness, purity, righteousness, etc, attached to any particular version of the Scriptures, I mean what people refer to as Bible? Do people become righteous because they use a particular version of the Scriptures? Some years ago, a woman gave me an "unholy" look because she saw that I was using a particular version of the Scriptures. When she inquired and I told her that it was a particular version, she looked at me as though I was as the devil himself. The way and manner she vehemently shook her head and refused to have any further scriptural discourse with me, actually made me delirious with laughter. Is a person holy, pure or righteous simply because he or she is using a particular version of the Scriptures? Are purity, holiness and righteousness tied to a particular version of the Scriptures? Is there any particular version of the Scriptures that the Set-apart Spirit favours or detests? El Elohe Yahshrael! Hallelu YAH! |

Mr elated. To me, all versions of the bible are sacred. my church dont permit any version except KJV, yet many dont understand the outdated english used in it. Funny part of it is most pastors who condemns other versions of the bible do use other versions for clear understanding when preparing their sermon. When my pastor quotes any part of the bible during sunday school and he points me to help them read. I simply reply saying "i dont use king james" and he points another. Simple...! |

elated177:they do say kjv is the standard edition for the church and other versions are adulterated. |
