Even OBJ knows that the only worthy Governor during his Presidency is Tinubu. Tinubu and OBJ fought till the end on matters bordering on State rights vs Federal rights. The only Governor who created extra local governments and stuck to it. The only Governor who new that states had to take ownership of their own power generation.
