Most of people just they mumu any how, una no go make research before embarking on something. Before Una apply for admission una no first of all check the visa precess because admission Is not always the problem. When I did mine In 2020 I got no AD cuz I fall under cat B I waited for almost 2 yrs With no AD. Now I went for the eu Cyprus and I will be leaving here soon to Switzerland.

My humble advice Is before you embark on something ask questions this kinda mistakes u made makes u sound so uneducated. There is no AD for cat B. I will advise u consider some other European countries, Switzerland offeres free education too

I got a mail from the embassy today. It says I should indicate my travel date. I am not really sure of the date I am going to travel. Do I have to consider my resumption date or I can pick a later date like sometime in October cause I still have to put things in place before traveling. And do I have to travel at the exact date

Your travel date is literally the date they assume you will enter Deutschland, I will advise you to pick a date within the next two weeks but it's not compulsory you go on the exact date.

Hi everyone,
Please I have a German citizen who is an expert in Nigeria, he wants to give me SL.
How do I go around this since he’s not in Germany?
Thanks

From what I know he must be residing and earning in Germany with his tax remitted to Germany before he can qualify to be your sponsor. If that's not clear enough he can send an email to the German embassy in Nigeria to get more clarification

Hey guys, I attended my German student visa interview 22-02-2022 and I have been waiting for 10 weeks and 2 days since I had my interview and I still haven’t gotten a mail from the embassy. Is the processing taking long because of the influx of migrants from Ukraine due to the war?.

Please, when did you book your visa appointment?
Re: General-german-student-visa-enquiries Part 8 by GodfreyOsondu: 1:08pm On Aug 18, 2022
Good day people. Please I have two questions.

(1) Please does anyone know how to go for appointment through Senegal, like the requirements? Because I know that Nigerians can stay in the country for 90 days without a visa through the ECOWAS rule.

(2) Secondly, what is the time estimate of getting an AD after booking through Category B?

People have gotten AD and AM within the past 4 weeks so calm down
I can understand that a lot of people don't do the necessary research, but then things are still moving. Just budget patience for the process to Germany.

No you don't need to consider resumption date. Your visa will be valid from the date you choose. You cannot travel before that date.

Also note that your visa would have a validity period (usually 3 or 6 months). The important thing is that you're expected to have landed in Germany and gotten a residence permit before the expiration of your visa.

I strongly think we should start considering applying in neighbouring countries. It’s clear that the embassy in Nigeria is overbooked and only category A is given priority. I’ll suggest someone creates a group, that way we can all come together and share ideas about how to go about sourcing for information. The earlier the better, as I’ve heard that some countries require that you must have been a resident for at least 6 months.

Thanks for your response.

Did it take up to a year or less to get visa appointment?

Did you enroll for classes online or you deferred your admission?
