Starting academy is a recipe for failure, we saw that in Elanga. The guy was good at first when he was being subbed in then. That's why experienced players like Casemiro are needed cos ETH can't keep playing Fred and Scott. I'm sure players like Pellistri and Iqbal at least, will be eased into the team.
