ahnie:There is nothing "junk" about that there in the picture. That is ▪︎bread same as you would eat with your sardines, only this one is baked with sesame seeds topping ▪︎meat, same as you would put in your soup and eat regularly, ▪︎a slice of tomato, ▪︎onion sliced, ▪︎a piece of lettuce vegetable and maybe mayonnaise and or ketchup. ▪︎And then the fries are fried potato slices, which you ought to know of. There is Nothing "junk" about that there. |

Even the one you purchase here at Mcdonald's does not contain preservatives, talk less of when I make it right here in my own kitchen using store-bought non-preservative ingredients. seunak2016:Instead of asking me that, start by telling me what particular burger ingredient you are unable to eat regularly or you think is too unhealthy to eat regularly, and why. See attached image for a list of ingredients.

DiligentM:Na lie! It's no longer classified as junk as even more than ever, it is enjoyed regularly in homes across America. And Of course, like every other food out there, too much is not good for you. If you truly consider what goes into making a burger, you will find it is not an unbalanced meal at all. Since you have in there your carbs, your protein, your vegetables, and also fat. 1 Like |

The problem is the size/ portion. Nigerians are used to bigly and hugely food anyway so this is okay Ahnie . An example - a person eating a loaf of bread viz 1 slice is in the same trouble as the person eating burger. ahnie: |

Kobojunkie: Meat 350 Bun 240 Cheese 100 Once in a while when I have hankering, I remove a bun and cheese. They fill me up too much removing top bun and cheese helps. |

armyofone:I use store bought buns which have 110 calories and 70 calories cheese when I make my burgers. I always go for the M Chicken at McDonald's cause it is made with smaller bun size and I typically add no cheese to it. |
