I don’t advice anybody to invest serious money in Nigeria. The Government don’t care about your business. They will frustrate you because of their selfish interest. I am a victim and that is why I can never support APC. |

onoms4luv: Dear illiterate Nigerian, This is not a 3 month debt. This is a failure to pay the fees 3 months after the notice to pay outstanding debts. The debts are more than 3 months old and could be years! Edit: As you can see these broadcasters owe 2.5billion since 2015!!!! 3 Likes 1 Share

aspabay: Dont mind the idiots. They complain about the country and the government but they side with people who refuse to obey the law. We are our own problem in Nigeria. You collect money from people and companies via your business but the license you need to run the business you dont pay!! 4 Likes 1 Share |

slawomir: My goodness! Why are you so slow! Can't you see it is because they are unable to renew their licenses. It's common global practice. Buy Land in the US and don't pay your rates and tell me the difference between the consequence and this! 1 Like |

tishbite42: Why are you guys like this? Do you think the same consequence would not happen had they been in the US or UK? U guys just see things through political lenses and it does not make sense. Even the bible said give to ceaser what belongs to ceaser...why would you owe license fee? 3 Likes |

Why is AIT in particular finding it difficult to renew their license? For goodness sake, live transmission of events costs millions of Naira and we all can confirm that they have been covering so much these days. How come Channels could pay? Perhaps, Dokpesi is not used to paying since the PDP era. 1 Like |

Holluwhakemmy:A very insensitive and irrational comment to make. You could have nicely spoken for yourself. Each station provides employment to hundreds of workers who are now thrown like swines into the dead job market. Each worker commutes to work every day and thereby providing opportunities for trabsport companies. Each station is run by generators periodically serviced by technicians who now have no contract. Each station pays taxes to the government and royalties to artists or music companies. Each station employs content writers, sound engineers, voice-over artists, lighting technicians etc these are jobs with limited availability on the job market. Each station has contracts endorsed with partners or sponsors which will currently end up in court or settled out. Ain't got much time to list on. Read the above and see how well you should have framed your thought to accommodate feeling or humanity. |
