TheLoneCitizen:

Better goal threat.

Hit the woodwork.

More incisive dribbling. The big chance he made for himself saw him dribble from midfield to the box.

Ejuke's biggest highlight was when he went through four players before forcing a strong but easy save from Yan Sommer from long-range. Other than that, all footwork, no goalmouth action.

Better goal threat you mean?
This thread gives me a lot of laughter.
Both had only one shot on target. Lukebakio even missed a big chance.

Ejuke made more tackles.
Ejuke won more duels.
Ejuke made more accurate passes of the ball.

Ejuke was subbed off at 72 minutes, Lukebakio played all 90. I saw the game and to me Ejuke had more impact despite lesser minutes.

Nathan Tella bags his brace. Burnley up 3-1. Na wa.

TheSuperNerd:
Anglo-Nigerian, Nathan Tella starts first game under Kompany at Burnley and he scores.

His 3rd game but his 1st start.

Kompany's Burnley is taking Ekpiteta and Blackpool apart. Well, to be honest, I expected a Burnley win. Just too strong for Blackpool.

Iwobi deservedly trending on Twitter.

What a player.

Any smart premiere League team should get him next summer. Arsenal should just bring him back home

Nathan Tella should serve as a motivation to our players. When it is not working at a club, be ready to move, especially to a team that plays the kind of football that suits you.

I hope this will lead to big things for Nathan Tella. What a Start for Burnley.

Awoniyi has zero flair on the ball and is very jittery..... meanwhile Lampard will be the first EPL manager to get sacked this season

Iwobi has been placed higher up the pitch because of the yellow card.

Despite that, you'll notice how rarely he joins the attack.

Raphael Onyedika is also having a heaven of a game in FCM colors vs Aarhus. Superb Composure. Brilliant ball playing. Forward-thinking CDM. Baller.

Kevin Akpoguma too has been rock solid in the bundesliga.

Semi Ajayi has been decent for West Brom as they lead 3-0 now.

Bro. Tella is 23 and it's a loan.

You can't just loan out 27-year-old Iheanacho, when he can be vital off the bench.

Iheanacho is 25 and yes, you can go on loan if you are not getting playing time. What is so vital that Daka can not serve while coming off the bench. It is time for Nacho to have game time, if Leicester City can't offer, he should bounce. Make a loan move with a possibility of a permanent switch.

Jay jay hv always said that his nephew Alex is never a winger but a midfielder. If you follow Alex’s games when first deployed as AM by rohr you will find out that he have always been outstanding and jpes dropping him deeper in few games he has coached the team even brought out more positives from the lad’s game

Am so glad lampard just like jpes is doing same with him this season at Everton and if Alex continues with his current form I won’t be surprised if the likes of city and his former club Arsenal comes calling

Alex is a master of the one touch and link up play system who only dribbles when necessary, the very reason why ex gunners boss wenger rated him so highly

Football indeed isn't all fair.

Alex Iwobi and Raphael Onyedika with superb midfield showings today but sadly will be on losing sides again.

Football is both beautiful and brutal.

Alex Iwobi has been superb today but it is Jordan Pickford, a GK, that picks up a bloody assist. Does that now make him more creative??

Football can be quite funny. grin

It's a black army. When Aston Villa scored first, I was just in stitches.

It will take a miracle to beat this well-oiled machine.

If not for too much respect to Liverpool, would have beaten them.

How Ekpiteta and Blackpool have rallied back against Favorites, Burnley away from home is really something. Superb fightback.

yes he is but clumsy and annoying sometimes. I believe viera as an ex midfield general will improve his game
