My girlfriend is really trying giving chance upon chance
I don’t even know what is wrong with me,.I’m really trying to stop all this but is so difficult for me

How can i overcome my anger issues,like any little my girlfriend did to me even if it’s the one i should overlook i will get annoyed.

Only the word of God can help you. Open up your heart to him sincerely, take out time to study his word, I tell you. You will look back in future and be amazed at the transformation. That was what helped me.

Start meditating. If you are serious about breaking the habit, I will give you a link to a YouTube video to use.

It is not an easy fix but your emotions and thoughts can be altered from what it is currently.
