Guys I am confused here, According to statitics this arsenal guy martin odegaard created the second most chances in EPL last season after Trent Alexander Arnold, but martin odegaard is not considered among the top 10 best midfielders in EPL...why

Odegaard remains one of my best. I just like watching him play. I think he will get rated with time.

Saint Maximin don't have good end product he has never had a 15+ga season
TheLoneCitizen:
Ejuke should have a photo of Saint Maximin in his room.

Footwork with end-product.

Creating chances isn't the only criteria for rating a midfielder, is it?
if there is any other you can tell me because I rate odegaard over all other midfielders except Kelvin de bruyne

Yes. But, some are suggesting he should have held his position, expecting a pass, or made a slight diagonal run to stay onside, and expect the pass.

This I disagree with because the longer he stayed in that position will mean he gets trapped by the defenders.

The best decision he made was the one that resulted in the goal.

Had he gone through the sandwich, the best he could have gotten was maybe a penalty.

Bad movement actually, Osimhen moved from acres of space, unsighted to a side where he could be defended, good goal though

He'll get better IF he keeps working on it.

You can get punished for not taking your chances.
Demehin jittery today.
Let's get a goal at least in this half, then we can turn the tide to our favor.

Falconets goalie cost us this match. What a shame.

I love these girls, honestly. They give their all, except for that goalie. What they need is a tactical coach.

The beautiful thing about these girls is that the future is bright. Sebastine, onyenezide, amoo, the right bank and others are top quality. I love the energy in the midfield. They should be drafted to super falcons.. They are really talented

The goalkeeper was poor, but the two goals conceded were not her fault but that of the captain Tosin Demehin... She practically assisted both goals...

That's courtesy of the club, players and coaches around him. Despite that, since he moved to England, no Newcastle player has more G+A than him.

I remember when I first pointed out the qualities of Bassey and stressed that we cap him on time that he will become the greatest defender in Nigeria (and possibly Africa) overtime, someone here was mentioning Awaziem this, Awaziem that. Awaziem kee you there, oshi. grin grin grin

Bassey is going to Madrid or Somewhere bigger from Ajax a year or two from now.

Awaziem ko Sawaziem ni.

Most Nigerians are shortsighted, so you wouldn't blame them grin

Same Awaziem that couldn't make it at Porto.

With Bassey, Sanusi, Ajaji, Akpoguma, Aina, and Ebuehi, are defensive wahala is solved.

Our worries should be in the Midfield. We need a Midfield CEO, not a conductor. If we can get a proper No. 10, then we are good to go.
