Moh247: Was Ndubuisi Kanu not the Governor General and Administrator of Lagos State same with Buba Marwa? What made Tinubu's administration differently? Ndubuisi Kanu - Abia State, Eastern Nigeria. Yeah you are correct. The annoying and amazing thing is that of all the 36 states in Nigeria, only Lagos is recognized as a city. I think Lagos still has the opportunity to move up but when would other states be recognized as a city? |
