He's not dyslexic, it's tension.

He gets very anxious and jittery when under pressure, it is normal to jumble up words when you're tense. I'm very familiar with it.

Notice he does same even when he is taking off the top of his head. It's tension.

If you're a very shy person, and you have some level of social anxiety, that's how you are. At least that's how I am, I get very jittery and I jumble up my words at first.

He just needs to work on it, although to be honest, I don't think that anxiety ever goes away.

I don't take weed or any form of drugs or alcohol, so, I'm not in a position to say if such things could help, although I have heard some musicians say it helps
