Hi, those two things go hand in hand. the problem with betting is that you have to stay awake all the time quitting major project that would have added to your life and you end up getting nothing. the fustration and maybe to please yourself then you find yourself masturbating(the worst of it all).

When he sees your heart that you are struggling to quit, he will come to help you. dont ever give up. you might likely go back to it but come out again and continue to do things that will help you quit it.

7. If you do these things, you will see how your business/life and everything around you will turn around positively. you will be glad you did. you will wake every morning and be glad you are this great person even if you dont have food to eat. you will be glad. nothing gladdens my heart more than peace of mind.

8. Always know God prefers you who is struggling looking up to him for help knowing you cant help yourself than the man who is not struggling and has pride that he can help himself.
